Job Responsibilities:

A. Clinical & Privileging Management:

  • Data Collection: Gather clinical and privileging data, credentialing forms and manual records from Nursing units and Allied Healthcare units.
  • Data Entry and Record Management: Accuartely input data into designated C&P systems file and maintain records to ensure information is current and accessible. Maintain the privileging certificates and BLS certificate.
  • Report Generation: Create customized reports based on specific date requirements such as provider privileges, clinical competencies and privileging.

B. Allied Health Annual APC Processing:

  • Data Collection: Gather the documents for allied health annual APC processing
  • Application for Allied Health Annual APC Processing: Accuretely input data into designated Allied Health MHCP portal for Annual APC application.
  • Do stamping duty with LHDN for APC certification.

C. MSQH/JCI Document Processing:

  • Data Collection: Gather the documents for Nursing & Allied health for MSQH & JCI record keeping.
  • Management of MSQH & JCI documents for training & certification database : Accurate & timely input data into designated Nursing & Allied Health for MSQH & JCI staff training database.

D. Team Member Training, Engagemet & Welfare Management:

  • Collaboration for Training Initiatives: Work closely with training department team member and other training stakeholders to support training initiavites and programs such as new member orientation, service excellence.
  • Support Team Engagement Activities: Work closely with HRA engagement team to conduct any employee engagement activities and company festival celebration event.
  • Support Training Partners Engagement Activities: Work closely with Snr Mgr to be a liaison person with universities/colleges in support of collaboratives initiatives such as checking on welfare of RSH scholarship & sponsorship students, arranging annual interview fair for potential students for scholarship/sponsorship, arranging online interview for the selected students.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 Year of experience in training and development field,
  • Good communication and interpersonal service skill
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
