    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Main support for Time to Payroll activities for Singapore and Australia
    • Handle all aspects of payroll including deductions, tax withholdings, and other statutory requirements.
    • Maintain and update employee date in payroll system, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies, and to ensure compliance with local statutory payroll regulations.
    • Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting – management, reconciliation, journal file for GL, tax and any ad hoc request is accurate and timely.
    • Monitors payroll production errors and proactively identifies process improvement methods. Coordinates payroll scheduling and production releases.
    • Supervises and coordinates monthly and year-end processing of payroll, including supplemental payrolls runs and calendars.
    • Implements quality control measures. Identifies process improvements initiatives and defines standards for new processes.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities
    • Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
    • Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.
    • Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

    Educational & Experience
    • Experience in managing end to end payroll with specialty in Singapore or Australia.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or relevant field.
    • Have at least 3 years of experience in processing HR transactional tasks primarily in payroll processing and benefits administration and/or other HR general operations.
    • Have experience in payroll within shared service experience supporting Asia Pacific region or multiple countries. (preferred)
    • Prior experience using case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow. (preferred)
    • Have prior experience with transformation projects - technical and/or functional. (preferred)
    • Prior experience in Peoplesoft (Oracle) or other relational HRIS databases. (preferred)
