Key Responsibilities: Migration to full incentive-based compensation structure: Develop and implement a new compensation system to replace the existing salary-based structure. Analyze current job roles and performance metrics to ensure fair and effective transition. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to establish clear guidelines and transition plans. 2. Packing Hall Re-layout: Design and oversee the re-layout of the packing hall to optimize space, workflow, and efficiency. Conduct assessments of current packing processes and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with facility management and other stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption during the re-layout process. 3. Process and Machine Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing processes and machine operations to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Implement best practices for machine maintenance and process control. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement. 4.Transition of Packing Operations: Manage the transition of packing processes from farm to facility, ensuring smooth integration with existing operations. Coordinate with farm and facility teams to address any issues and ensure a seamless handover. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the new packing processes. 5. System Implementation: Lead the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Evaluate and recommend appropriate systems and tools to meet operational needs. Train staff on new systems and processes to ensure effective adoption and utilization. 6. Continuous Improvement Projects Evaluate work flow of the operations department 7. Keeps updated on the latest methods and technologies on processing, packaging, storage and dispatch to enhance shelf lives of temperature-controlled products. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in and exposure to in process engineering or operational efficiency-improvement projects. Skills: Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management abilities with great attention to detail. Knowledge in WMS & ERP systems will be an added advantage Additional Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
