· Assist for day-to-day finance and accounting administration tasks.
· Maintain proper filing and accurate entry in the system.
· Assist in cash flow planning, budget, and variance.
· Handling all claims, petty cash, billing, and invoice.
· Liaise with internal and external party in regarding all kinds of payments updates and status.
· Assisting in monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies if any.
· Arranging and preparing payment transactions and cash collection.
· To perform document checking/follow up and accounting data entry.
· Responsible for handling AP/AR functions and assisting with month end financial reports.
· Assist in any ad-hoc tasks given from superior from time to time.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
