Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of admin functions including filling, administrative works
  • Monitoring current admin procedures
  • Responsible for preparing various admin reports and provides administration support
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities, equipment's and assets
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems
  • Any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relation matters
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
