ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary : • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Account Department and ensure the company finance function is organized and efficient. • Produce accurate financial and management accounts. • Responsible for ensuring full accounts are well maintained and data are up-to-date, preparing financial information and consolidated financial statements. • To ensure company cash flow remains healthy. Responsibilities : • Maintain a documented system of accounting policy and procedure. • Oversee all tax and regulatory or compliance issues. • Oversee the accounting operation of subsidiary corporations, especially their control system, transaction-processing operation, policy, and procedure. • Ensure that accounts payable are paid promptly. • Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly. • Ensure that periodic bank reconciliation is completed. • Ensure that all Bank Acceptance (BA) is being made on time. • Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis. • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system. • Maintain a system of control over accounting transactions. • Issue timely and complete financial statements. • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit. • Monitor debt level and compliance with debt covenant. • To supervise and oversee SST operation and division. • Prepare SST and submission and any tax issues that may arise. • Responsible for controlling the company's cash flow and updating Director on time. • To take charge of a tax audit by the Customs Department and carry out SST investigation if necessary. • Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.
