- To provide overall general and administrative support to facilitate the efficient Office management and operations.
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- To handle assets and expenses management. i.e. maintain record of company properties, such as Company assets, cars, telephones, and assist in cost control and monitoring.
- Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers’ inquiries for any payment related matters
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally provide support in organizing company events.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & vendors.
- Organizing and managing incoming documents & emails.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- To prepare documentations for meetings and presentations and record minutes.
- Monitor, record and maintain custody of security documents.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement and maintenance.
- To take charge of organizing, coordinating and supervising the daily tasks of dispatch.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management and superior to support the overall administration.
- Preferably have SPM or Diploma in relevant field with minimum of 2 years working experience in administration/office management.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
