Duties include: -Reviews and analyses daily / weekly / monthly sales performance and inventory level to recommend / implement action to drive sales. -Managing store operations. -Conducting store trainings and briefings. -Being responsible for the attendance and leave related matters for employees and 3rd party staff in the store. -Develop and motivate your team to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance. -Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates objectively and fairly. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key product development and market trends to execute sales forecasts, manage inventory turnover, and formulate strategies to achieve departmental goals. -Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. -Driving seamless customer experience across channels. -Overseeing order fulfilment processes for customers in store. -Conducting regular stock take to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. -Ensure team members are in compliance with store policies and procedures. -Handle customer enquiries, complaints and any other issues. -Continuously review store processes and identify ways to enable more efficient operations in the store. -Handling manpower and operational planning for the productive management of the store, including disciplinary, ad-hoc and annual performance reviews, hiring and firing decisions. -Cascading and operationalizing headquarters’ directives to the store. -Participating in various work group meetings / activities. -Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting managers. Requirement : -Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Management or in any related field of studies that relates to the retail sector; -Min 2 years of working experience as Outlet Manager in the retail industry. -Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to detail. -Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills. -Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills. -Independent and able to work under minimum supervision. -Possess own transport and willing to travel.
