General Manager

About the Role: Kayangan Holdings Sdn Bhd is looking for a results-driven General Manager (GM) to lead and coordinate all company departments. The GM will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and assist the Executive Director in strategizing the company’s future growth. This role involves overseeing all departments and coordinating with different subsidiaries and brands to ensure smooth operations and adherence to ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and push managers and staff to meet deadlines and achieve company goals. • Oversee all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance. • Coordinate with subsidiaries and brands to ensure smooth workflow. • Assist the Executive Director in strategizing and planning for the company’s growth. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain certification. • Provide leadership and problem-solving skills for daily challenges. • Report directly to the Executive Director. Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in a managerial role, with the ability to oversee multiple departments. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Experience in coordinating across subsidiaries or brands is a plus. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
