STORE ASSISTANT

• Timely processing and distribution of spare parts.
• Receiving and processing incoming stock.
• Ensuring accuracy in order details and preparing for delivery.
• Conducting daily stock checks and reporting discrepancies to warehouse executives.
• Assisting warehouse executive processing customers’ invoice accuracy with picking list and physical stock.
• Packing and labeling for internal stock transfer and shipment to ensure items are well-protected during transportation and shipment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, verifying shipment details, and organizing spare parts in the warehouse for easy access and efficient distribution.
• Inspecting incoming and outgoing spare parts for damages, defects or discrepancies.
• Ensuring warehouse is well-organized and clean at all times and maintain a safe working environment.
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move parts within the warehouse when necessary.
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior specializing in handling customers in Body & Paint industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
