1) Project Department- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing M&E systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential M&E engineering projects and studies.
- To coordinate all M&E site work and monitor project progress.
- To assist the site Engineer or Manager at site on technical support.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of M&E equipment and materials.
- Supervising or training project team members.
- Estimating material, labour, or construction costs for budget preparation.
- Maintaining M&E equipment.
- Working with a variety of technicians.
2) Tender & Estimation Department- To assist on tender process within the tender team.
- To communicate & clarify with the client / consultant during the tender process on any discrepancies on the drawing / design to ensure all details completed according to the client / consultant requirement.
- To count / tabulate material quantity for onward quotation enquiry to the vendors / suppliers / sub-contractor.
- To prepare the costing sheet, technical data sheet, & pricing tabulation according to the tender requirement.
- To prepare & compile the tender document for submission on the deadline given.
- Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
