Manage the school’s budget, facilities and resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and international accreditation standards. Lead the design and implementation of our educational programs, ensuring they align with our school’s standards. Mentor staff to promote holistic child development and build a conducive, welcoming environment. Develop and support innovative teaching approaches and resources to enhance learning. Oversee day-to-day operations, including teacher attendance and student enrollment. Coordinate staff development activities and promote the well-being of all the academic and non-academic members. Build strong relationships with parents, the school board, and the wider community, promoting the school’s values are fostering active, engages of school community. Cultivate collaborative and motivating team culture with strong, trusting relationships. Efficient planning and manage staff schedules and manpower needs.
