Responsibilities: As a Account Admin, specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Prepare full set of accounting engagements and preparation of management reports for client’s accounts in different industries. *Handle, compile & filing daily accounting functions, i.e data entry, filing, maintaining and updating of accounts records. *Perform bank, inter-company and creditors reconciliation. *Interact with clients to gather information and updates. *Perform other business process outsourcing engagement (i.e. Payroll and etc) as assigned. *Completing the assigned tasks within the given deadline. *Perform ad-hoc duties, as necessary. Requirement Candidate must possess at least SPM, LCCI, CAT, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin *Proficient with AutoCount and SQL knowledge *Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word *Willing to learn and good working attitude. *Attention to details. *Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. *At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting work experience required. *Experienced in relevant position will be an advantage. *Experienced in accounting software will be an advantage. *Experienced in Tax will be an advantage. *Ability to work effectively as part of a motivated and energetic team.
