Account Manager

Job Descriptions : 1. create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs 2.respond quickly and effectively to customer group messages 3.work with digital marketers within the company to deliver on customer needs 4. visit our customers to identify issues and business growth opportunities 5. ensure that tasks given by customers or tasks that need to be done for customers are carried out as expected and required 6. managing performance reporting to clients on a regular basis Qualifications : 1. Fluent in Mandarin 2. experience in working on various social and communication platforms including Shopee and Tiktok. community building experience is a plus 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English 4. have a solid knowledge of e-commerce marketing and related platforms 5. understand business needs across industries in general 6. understand and always follow knowledge of various industries and competitive landscape 7. fluent and familiar to the role of dealing with customers 8. familiar with multitasking concurrently with project management
