School Nurse

1) Implementation of school health management protocols and procedures. 2) Utilising existing resources to provide appropriate healthcare to students and staff. 3) Giving health advise to students and staff. 4) Fulfilling require health forms, record and paperwork for school management. 5) Conduct health assessments and screenings for students, among them body mass index, hearing, height, vision and weight. 6) Maintain and replenish first aid kits on school and boarding areas. 7) Maintain stock and inventory at the nursing room. 8) Maintain and safe keeping of confidential student health information. 9) Developing and promoting health plans for students with specific health needs. 10) Addressing injured and sick students and staff using the nursing techniques and recording incident. 11) Collaborate with school management to understand and promote health and safety for our students. 12) Regularly undertake a self-audit and review to identify areas of practice, skills or knowledge to develop.
