Auto Mechanic Technician - C1

Job & Responsibilities:-

• Maintenance and keep track outlet SOP, make sure its follow company and or/Michelin Trye SOP.
• Responsible and or/assist direct superior (supervisor/branch manager) for sales planning.
• Responsible and or/act on behalf branch supervisor for management process (e.g. sales report, outlet administration, open bill, cashflow record and etc).
• Welcoming and entertain customer to increase customer sustainability.
• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts).etc aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
• Repair and replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
• Provide accurate estimates (e.g. completion time, service cost) for a repair and maintenance job.
• Keeps logs on work and issues.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• 负责和/或协助直接上级（主管/分行经理）进行销售规划。
• 负责和/或代表分行主管进行管理流程（例如销售报告、门店管理、开具账单、现金流记录等）。
• 欢迎和招待客户，提高客户可持续性。
• 检查车辆发动机和机械/电气部件，以准确诊断问题。
• 检查车辆计算机和电子系统以进行维修、保养和升级。
• 进行日常维护工作（更换液体、润滑部件）等，旨在提高车辆的功能和使用寿命。
• 安排未来的维护会议并建议驾驶员正确使用车辆。
• 修理和更换损坏或功能失调的部件并解决问题（例如泄漏）
• 为维修和保养工作提供准确的估算（例如完成时间、服务成本）。
• 记录工作和问题。
• 保持设备和工具处于良好状态。
• 执行分配的其他相关职责。

Key Requirements:-

• Required spoken and written language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• SPM, Diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred.
• Proven experience as auto mechanic.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
• Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heave equipment (e.g. lift)
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemical etc.
• Excellent physical condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,400.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
