Job responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support to our client on a 24/7 rotation basis.
- Web Application troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner base on severities.
- To ensure maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity in order to meet all agreed target, SLA's and metrics.
- Ensure that all defects dealt with are according to incident management best practices.
- Maintain accurate logs of faults with resolution and contact details.
- Monitor system operations and provide initial diagnosis of error, following escalation processes if required.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialize in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database admin or equivalent.
- ITIL or professional certification is an added advantage.
- 24/7 shift coverage with rotating work day.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients from China.
