  • To handle the full set account including but not limited to account receivable, payable, general ledger, journal entry and bank reconciliation as well as to manage on general paperwork, documentation, and filing.
  • ·To liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary for final year audit submission and all statutory filing.
  • To enter all relevant records into accounting system.
  • To enter banking transactions and manages cashflows.
  • To reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transaction as well as preparing profit and loss account and balance sheets.
  • To be responsible for government doc submission (e.g. CP204) and submission of statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB. Prepare EA Form and submission of Borang E annually.
  • You will be required to compute sales personnel quarterly commission claims.

What we need from you?

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience in full set account.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Conversable in English and Cantonese are essential to communicate with our client and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
