Customer Service Officer

- Handle customers orders, communicate with operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate the same back to Customers. - To ensure zero complaints from customer. - To ensure reports are distributed to customer without any failure - To ensure to maintain of good housekeeping in office with goods space management. - To support Marketing Department for new business opportunities. - To ensure the agree processes and procedures are strictly adhered/monitor. - Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. - Ensure proper and timely execution of job. - Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters according to clients’ requirements. - Coordinate with various shipping and forwarding contractors and internal warehouse operations to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers.
