• To conduct photo and video shoots on the day to day school routine and events creating rich content for the school's social media posting. • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels • Recommend improvements to increase performance • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the schools • Create artwork for social media, newsletter etc. • Create marketing and social media campaigns to maximize brand exposure • Manage, monitor & respond to social media audiences • Update information contained on the site. Some content is updated yearly (handbooks, fees, calendar); other content is updated weekly or bi-weekly (main web banner, menus, news stories, photo galleries, etc.) • Update general content as requested periodically by the School Leadership Team • Assist with the review of site statistics and analytics • Assist in planning, execution and design works for school events and initiatives to drive awareness to increase enrolment • Review and refine, and support the execution of the internal event calendar, working closely with the SLT and Head of Corporate Communications on Open Days, Roadshows Education Fairs, Orientation days, Parent information workshops, Community Events, Concerts, Sports Day, Graduation, etc • Research, monitor and analyze competitor’s social media activities • To carry out any other duties that is deemed necessary to support the school operations from time to time as requested.
