POSITION OVERVIEW: Monitoring and handle all aspects of service organization, warehouse items ordering, keeping track of the stock ETA and new/special project handling dealing with the warehouse team to make sure warehouse each department is ready for future job tasks preparing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare checking list meeting and coordinating between warehouse and related department for future job tasks preparing. 2. Monthly forecast items usage calculation and system PO order 3. Tracking pending PO, stock ETA, delivery issue with supplier 4. Checking invoice and make payment – items purchase 5. System GR into warehouse system 6. Warehouse system & issue support and enhancement 7. New project process flow planning to prepare discuss and implement with the warehouse team 8. Handle system new items register and amendment 9. Sirim units inspection product arrangement with warehouse team 10. Weekly update product holding to related department 11. Prepare monthly reports for superior. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. Academic Education: Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A", Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma, Professional Degree, any field 2. Language Proficiency: Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Professional Experience: Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, having 1 year or above working experience in logistic field would be an added advantage. 4. Technical & Management Skills: Good time management skill 5. Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, etc. 6. Communication skill: able to communicate well with all department. 7. Personal & Interpersonal skills: Good attitude, responsible and discipline.
