Job Responsibilities:
- To incharge on transportation arrangement for local and outstation delivery.
- To record in/out of the product’s quantity.
- To ensure all the vehicles are well maintained and in good condition.
- To oversee warehouse operation and ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time with cost efficiency.
- Arranging work schedule for workers and ensure good housekeeping & safety rules are followed.
- Responsible to arrange for puspakom inspection and renew car insurance.
- Monitor logistic department team such as lorry drivers’ attendance.
- Provide administration support in logistic department and other related department.
- To perform other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic, Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to oversee daily operation activities, transportation arrangement for local delivery or receiving.
- Good knowledge in logistic function.
- Must be computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
