Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Agriculture, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or administrative roles, preferably in a plantation or agricultural setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Familiarity with plantation operations, agricultural practices, or similar industry Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Descriptions:

1. Stock Management:

Set forecast for plantation including overseeing daily inventory of plantation materials (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, tools).
Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely planting to prevent shortages.
Conduct monthly stock take for the plantation and maintain accurate stock records.
Perform monthly seed stock takes and coordinate with suppliers to deliver materials and equipment as needed.

2. Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records of stock, equipment usage, and transactions within the plantation.
Prepare seedling reports and ensure accuracy with current stock.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary documentation.
Handle plantation-related administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and data entry.
Coordinate with plantation staff to track stock usage and ensure materials are allocated appropriately.

3. Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
