1. To assist HR Manager in performing overall planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising a daily activities & HR Department.

2. To support Human Resources functions including Work Pass Administration, Foreign Workers Management, Staff Welfare etc.

3. Monitor hostel cleanliness and conduct spot check whenever necessary.

4. Maintain discipline of the local & foreign workers in order manner.

5. Handle foreign worker such as application for renewal, termination of employment pass.

6. Liaise with Foreign Worker agency & related government bodies to ensure regulation compliance.

7. Liaise local authorities in regard to all statutory regulation & all labour related matter.

8. Familiar with process of HRDF applying for training grant to reimbursement claim or levy.

9. Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, leave and attendance record)

10. Arrange for interview and hiring documentation.

11. Monitor staff OT record, Claim and Hardship allowance submission.

12. Arrange orientation for new employee such as explaining company policies.

13. Resolve administrative problem and inquiries.

14. Responsible for HR functions such as payroll management, staffing, recruitment activities, leave management, medical claim, disciplinary and counselling, employee relation and other HR functions.

15. Assist in handling of payroll processing and administration.

16. To organize proper record keeping and filing of staff correspondences and documents.

17. Prepare monthly turnover report.

18. Prepare letter to employee such as letter offer, termination letter, promotion letter, salary increment, show cause letter, warning letter, confirmation letter and etc.

19. Prepare letter to government / any others relevant authority.

20. Register EPF & SOCSO for new workers

21. Able to handle P&C matters and issue such as salary, bonus, increment, personal information and etc.

22. Arrange & preparation for meeting.

23. To play a role in counselling who face issue in performing daily task & conflict in working place.

24. To take charge on employees training and development plan, training arrangement, training records update and training evaluation in accordance to ISO requirements and maintain necessary documentation for ISO audit.

25. Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
