Act as the main point of contact between different stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

7. Risk Management

Identify potential risks related to project implementation, such as safety hazards or financial risks.

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during construction.

8. Quality Control

Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction and solar installations meet the required standards.

Conduct inspections and evaluations at various project stages to verify compliance.

9. Sustainability and Innovation

Promote sustainable building practices and ensure that solar projects meet environmental goals.

Stay updated on new technologies, materials, and best practices in solar energy and construction.

10. Client and Stakeholder Communication

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Address any client concerns and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
