Halal & Certification Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for applying, follow up and maintaining halal and food Free Sales Certificate (FSC) for EM only and applications for all assigned products produced by EM & QP. 2. Responsible to apply or to obtain documents required by customer for importing or sale of products including Health Certificate, Free Sales Certificate, Product Registration, etc. 3. To compile documents for halal application and customer inquiry form local and overseas. 4. To organize and conduct periodically internal halal audit on the factory. 5. To ensure Halal Assurance System is in place and effectively implemented in accordance by JAKIM regulations. 6. Assist and work together with Procurement to determine all new raw material purchased is compliance to halal requirement. 7. To alert the Management on any activity that contravenes with halal approval. 8. To propose process change to superior pertaining to halal application process. 9. To maintain good rapport with relevant authorities. 10. To work close with Group Internal Halal Committee in internal halal audit and related issues. 11. Appointed as an Internal Quality Auditor. To perform specific duties as and when required as a member of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Team 12. Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
