Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage appointments, and liaise with clients for scheduling.
- Handle various correspondences including emails, letters, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages on behalf of the employer.
- Run errands such as collecting medical reports and claims from hospitals or clients.
- Assist with client policy summaries, reviews, and the preparation of quotations.
- Take notes during meetings, relay messages, and provide concise summaries.
- Collaborate with team members and external parties on projects, monitoring progress and providing updates.
- Perform ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the employer.
