This position is part of the OneSource Global Transformation & Solution organization, supporting the Global Supply Chain Team with business process improvement and transitions in the procurement data reporting area, with cross-functional interaction with Supply Chain Stakeholders, IT, and GBS Delivery Center to deliver expected SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in discussions with various stakeholders to facilitate the transfer of knowledge regarding the current process for preparing procurement reports
  • Combine and apply functional knowledge, technical ability, and understanding of business requirements to create effective data visualization outputs (for example, Power BI/Tableau dashboards) to support decision-making
  • Automate the current reporting process by any enabling technology such as Python, Macro, Databricks, and Co-pilot
  • Create necessary documentation such as process maps and SOP to document the as-is procurement reporting process
  • Make recommendations and apply enabling technology to improve end-to-end data analytics processes including data extraction from multiple sources, data cleansing, data transformation, and data validation
  • Collaborate with the internal delivery center to support the process handover and project close-off

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, and other data analytics tool (for example Python, Macros, R, SQL)
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g. Databricks, Azure), and data pipeline tools is a plus
  • Experience working with large amounts of data
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Creates an accountability and own it culture
  • Knowledge or strong interest in the Beauty sector is a plus
  • Knowledge or strong interest in the Supply Chain process is a plus
  • Critical thinking / using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to opportunities
  • Takes initiative and is proactive to solve problems and support the asset team and needs
  • Collaborative, able to foster a team relationship with co-workers and all agency disciplines
