Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Global Talent Acquisition Center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-level talent scouting, channel management, campus recruitment, establishing recruitment processes, and creating a recruitment roadmap for the engineering machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Executive Search: - Lead the search for high-end talent worldwide to fill key strategic positions.
- Channel Management: - Develop and manage recruitment channels and partnerships to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Campus Recruitment: - Design and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract young talent from top universities.
- Process Development: - Establish and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Recruitment Mapping: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruitment map for the engineering machinery industry to identify and target potential candidates effectively.
- Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals to achieve the center’s goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree - in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years - experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in global high-end talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the engineering machinery industry is highly desirable.
