  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Global Talent Acquisition Center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-level talent scouting, channel management, campus recruitment, establishing recruitment processes, and creating a recruitment roadmap for the engineering machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Executive Search: - Lead the search for high-end talent worldwide to fill key strategic positions.
  2. Channel Management: - Develop and manage recruitment channels and partnerships to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  3. Campus Recruitment: - Design and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract young talent from top universities.
  4. Process Development: - Establish and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  5. Recruitment Mapping: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruitment map for the engineering machinery industry to identify and target potential candidates effectively.
  6. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals to achieve the center’s goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree - in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years - experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven expertise in global high-end talent acquisition.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
