Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR matters, focusing on people development, culture, and values.
  • Act as the main point of contact for recruitment, payroll, and HR administration inquiries.
  • Manage full spectrum HR functions: recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, staff welfare, and expatriate management.
  • Handle manpower planning and budgeting, including manpower requirements and cost.
  • Process monthly payroll and submit statutory reports to authorities.
  • Review and update Employee Handbook and enforce HR policies consistently.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, including investigations, show cause letters, and domestic inquiries.
  • Strengthen employer-employee relations through job satisfaction, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead annual salary reviews and provide advice on competitiveness.
  • Handle expatriate and foreign worker management, including permits, renewals, and hostel management.
  • Organize employee welfare activities and company events.
  • Collaborate with senior management on HR-related issues and provide advice.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labor Law, SOCSO, and Immigration regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Info-Tech payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ISO:9001 2015 Quality Management Standards.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
