Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR matters, focusing on people development, culture, and values.
- Act as the main point of contact for recruitment, payroll, and HR administration inquiries.
- Manage full spectrum HR functions: recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, staff welfare, and expatriate management.
- Handle manpower planning and budgeting, including manpower requirements and cost.
- Process monthly payroll and submit statutory reports to authorities.
- Review and update Employee Handbook and enforce HR policies consistently.
- Manage disciplinary processes, including investigations, show cause letters, and domestic inquiries.
- Strengthen employer-employee relations through job satisfaction, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Lead annual salary reviews and provide advice on competitiveness.
- Handle expatriate and foreign worker management, including permits, renewals, and hostel management.
- Organize employee welfare activities and company events.
- Collaborate with senior management on HR-related issues and provide advice.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labor Law, SOCSO, and Immigration regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Info-Tech payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ISO:9001 2015 Quality Management Standards.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
