Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.

  4. PR and Influencer Marketing: Develop and implement PR strategies and influencer marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Photoshoot Coordination: Organize and manage monthly photoshoots, including concept development, scheduling, and logistics, ensuring high-quality visual content for website and social media usage.
  6. Marketing Samples: Oversee the management and distribution of marketing samples to influencers, press, and potential partners, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  4. Able to work independently in a fast-paced fashion environment and to complete tasks within the deadline.
  5. Good time and work management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
