  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all compliance-related matters in the APAC region to minimize risk, uphold legal standards, and maintain ethical business practices.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local, regional, and international laws, industry regulations, and corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) by implementing policies to safeguard sensitive data. Act as the regional point of contact for data protection and manage data breaches or privacy incidents.
  • Identify and assess potential compliance risks in the region and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies for mitigating those risks.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees across all levels understand their compliance obligations and promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the regional leadership team, providing strategic guidance on emerging compliance trends, regulatory changes, and risk management.
  • Oversee compliance audits, conduct internal reviews, and report on compliance status to senior management. Recommend and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and external auditors to ensure the company's interests are effectively represented and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a compliance professional, with proven success in managing regional compliance functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards, such as healthcare / medical / pharmaceutical compliance, anti-corruption laws, and privacy regulations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver training and promote compliance across diverse teams and cultures.
