Responsibilities

· To ensure projects are managed and carried out as planned according to scope, objectives, timelines and costs

· Oversees and manage the project interdependencies involving multiple workstream

· Ensure accurate and timely project reporting to ensure transparency and visibility of progress, issues/risks and accroding to EPF standards, policies and procedures

· Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders (internal and external) on project status, schedule, changes and issues/risk, and timely escalation. Create risk response plan and to monitor issue and risks until closure

· Establish and ensure standard process and project management methods and tools are used and adhered to

· Collaborate with business on requirements study and specification, propose inputs and solution to the business requirements

· Stakeholder engagement: Continuous engagement, upward/downward communication and management of internal & external stakeholders and project teams and vendors.

· Organize PSC, PWC Meetings with stakeholders and senior management. Prepare presentation slides and conduct the presentation

· Manage supplier delivery and quality in line with project scope, timeline and cost

· Manage the project team to effectively reduce defect leakage for SIT/UAT/Production

· Supervise the ITIL Change Management process by ensuring that the SDLC/Agile Scrum process is done properly and the preparations of documents such as FSD/User Stories, Technical Specs, Rollout Plan, etc. are provided accordingly

· Ensure applications are delivered in accordance with internal standards & controls, follows audit process and meeting technical and user specifications

· Financial and budget management for project CAPEX until implementation and transition to application/service owner on recurring OPEX

· Conduct Post Implementation Review (PIR) with stakeholders along with lessons learned and closing the projects

· Assist in Business case preparation, Request for Proposal (RFP) and participate in tender process, covering the Contract Management

· In managing Agile/Scrum team, you will double hat as Scrum Master who is responsible for

1. Organizing and facilitating all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective). Ensuring meetings are conducted efficiently with right people involved and outcomes are achieved.

2. Removing Impediments: Identifies and addresses any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress. Work with the team to find solutions and enable team to deliver value effectively and achieve sprint goals.

3. Scrum Practices: Lead and coach the Teams to understand Agile/Scrum frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, etc.), practices, and adheres to its rules which promote self-organization and foster a culture of accountability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coaching the team in self-organisation and cross-functional to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and goals. Working with other scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of EPF Agile framework. Leveraging on tools (i.e., JIRA, Miro, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness in the new way of working.

5. Promoting Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by guiding team how to integrate it into their day-to-day work life by analyzing their performance, identifying opportunities, and making incremental changes to the processes by put in place a structure practices and tools. (i.e . Retrospective, etc.)

6. Agile Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report team performance metrics (i.e., velocity, burndown/up, technical agility metrics) to help teams to gauge progress, make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

7. Helping with Product Backlog Management: While the Product Owner is primarily responsible for managing the Product Backlog and; Scrum Master to ensure the goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the scrum team as well as possible.

8. Finding techniques for effectiveness Product Backlog Management/shaping the product backlogs. (i.e. Refinement/Grooming/Estimation)

9. Helping the scrum team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items

Acting as a Change Agent: To advocate for Agile principles and help the organization adapt to an Agile mindset and adop Agile practices to ensure that the Development Team is set up for success
