Okapi distributes our proprietary underwriting technology to our network of solar installer partners to streamline their solar consultation and sales process and act as a force multiplier that drives increased conversion rates and faster sales cycles. At the same time, our in-house asset management platform integrates directly into renewable energy systems and provides instant visibility and analytics across our widely distributed projects to our financing partners. We are also building predictive capabilities that allow us to pre-emptively identify systems prior to failure, ensuring continued long-term asset performance, and lowering our cost of capital.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our sales team as we expand our installer-partner and customer base. You will be working closely with the sales team in managing the day to day operations of the customer acquisition and onboarding process, with the opportunity to grow into management roles as our company expands.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English required
  • 4 years working experience in an administrative or sales operations positions
  • High proficiency in spreadsheet software
  • Experience in any consumer analytics software would be preferred
  • Experience in the residential, commercial and/or industrial solar industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, market or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaison person between Okapi and solar PV installers on administrative matters
  • Liaison person between Okapi and end customer for documentation request and query management
  • Administrative and operation day to day including submitting documentation, and preparing proposals and agreements
  • Prepare credit bureau documentation, credit scorecards and KYC assessment documents
  • Perform KYC on potential customers
  • Manage CRM tools to grow and maximise installer-partner relationships
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts.
