Job Description

Our client is a leading name in the 5-star luxury hotel industry, and is looking for a Front Office Manager, where you will be responsible got providing supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives and quality standards established by the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficiency and profitable functioning of the Front Office which includes Duty Manager, Front Desk, Guest Recognition, Concierge, and Shop operations.
  • Preparing annual departmental operating budgets as well as capital expenditure and manpower budgets.
  • Conducting all aspects of personnel and training functions including hiring, performance appraisals, counseling, coaching and disciplinary action.
  • Managing outsourced vendor operations including Limousine, Taxi, Jockey, Parking and Tour Desk operations.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures.
  • Adopting methods to improve the efficiency of operations that will benefit guests.
  • Handling and responding to guest complaints and feedback relating to the department tactfully.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with effective prioritization.
  • Capacity to work non-traditional schedules such as weekends and holidays.
