YOUR ROLE

This is a unique opportunity for a Brand specialist and P&L owner to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As a Brand Manager (Beauty), you will be in the driver's seat to grow one of our largest brands into a regional and global champion as a key part of the DTC Leadership team, working directly with the Head of DTC Brands:

  • Full ownership of the brand's financial performance, including managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, commercial targets, and cost structure
  • Formulate brand positioning and strategic direction, leveraging insights and knowledge of the target customer segments, product and market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Identify and prioritise growth initiatives for the brand, including new product launches, market / channel expansion strategies, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, product development, and supply chain operations, to achieve business objectives and initiatives
  • Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, assess performance, and guide decision-making for future initiatives, and conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
  • Lead a team of brand executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, or product developing, preferably at a fast-paced startup / B2C space
  • Ideally you have previously managed or even built your own e-commerce, social media, or online consumer business
  • Outstanding organisational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
  • Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
  • Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing a plus
  • Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment, and is eager to help build Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn
