- To greet our customers with a warm, friendly manner and take orders accurately
- Prepare food and drinks as per customer's order
- Handle transactions using the POS system
- Keep the place clean and tidy, from the kitchen to the restroom.
- Monitor stock levels while ensuring IT is stored safely and organized
- Receive any goods or deliveries from suppliers
- To follow healthy and safety standards and report any misconduct to store manager
- To perform ad-hoc duties as required for the store
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Good personal hygiene
- Able to work well in a team
