- Must be available to work six days a week, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Assist in preparing and serving drinks and food items.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and offer recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment.
- Ensure the dining area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate any issues or needs to the supervisor or manager.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour.
- Assist with special events or promotions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
