  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking a professional and detail-oriented freelance accountant to champion Account Receivables, Account Payables and Bank Reconciliation with accuracy for 6 months.

Responsibilities

1. Receivable: Accountable for invoicing and collection of customers. Proactively follow up on overdue customers.

2. Payable: Processing for record and payment of vendors. Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of payment.

3. Bank Reconciliation: Process bank reconciliation on a timely basis. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

4. Problem-Solve: Problem-solve financial discrepancies and issues with a critical and analytical mindset.

5. Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail when working with financial data to prevent errors.

Qualifications

1. Understanding of principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping.

2. Superb time management skills and detail orientation.

3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in order to complete assigned duties.

4. Associates bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalents.

5. Compatibility with Verdant’s Core Values.
