We are seeking an experienced Senior Group Admin Manager to lead and oversee corporate administrative functions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes, policies, and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage corporate services projects, such as building maintenance, technology upgrades, or policy development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to provide a seamless administrative experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role, preferably within corporate services.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
