What will you do as a Customer Service Executive?
Assisting customers with inquiries: Responding to customer queries and providing accurate information about banking products, services, and account-related matters.
Account management: Handling account openings, closings, and updates, as well as addressing issues related to account transactions and balances.
Resolving customer issues: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.
Providing product information: Educating customers about various banking products,
such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.
Processing transactions: Facilitating routine banking transactions, such as deposits,
withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.

Salary: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Experience – customer service experience will be an advantage.
Languages – Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Able to handle high volume of calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
