- Answer inquiries through live chat, email, call.
- Resolve complaints and provide information.
- Provide appropriate solutions or alternative methods within the time frame.
- Able to work in office (NO “Hybrid”, NO “Work from Home”);
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply, as well as Diploma or Degree holder;
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin Language (to communicate with Mandarin speaking client);
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays.
