Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked.
  • Support various projects as needed, contributing to team success and efficiency.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.

Qualifications:

  • Min SPM,High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
