Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked.
- Support various projects as needed, contributing to team success and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Min SPM,High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
