We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Intern to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various clerical duties, manage administrative documentation, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, duplicating, data entry, and record maintenance and manage office supplies and inventory.

2) Receptionist Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for office and school visitors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.

3) Documentation Management: Administer and manage various office documentation, including; Early Pickup/Dismissal forms, utility requests, compose letters, reports, and other correspondence as needed.

4) Compliance Checks: Conduct facility and classroom visits to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, each facility’s compliance checklist, proper labeling of materials and areas

5) Additional Duties:

  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager to assist the team.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Malaysian / Non-Malaysian students currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
