Summary:
To ensure payment and collection are maintain and record in a properly and timely manner.
Job Scope:
· Timely processing of daily payments and maintain them accurately in an accounting system
· Timely rental invoice and maintain them accurately in an accounting system
· To record all vendor invoices and maintain them accurately in an accounting system
· To post month end journal into accounting system
· To update superior on weekly and monthly rental collection
· To prepare a daily, monthly, and yearly bank reconciliation
· To liaise with other department on payment process and all tenant in rental matters
· To prepare a daily bank reconciliation
· Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Other Responsibilities
· To assist in interim and final audit process
· Ensure proper filing document.
· Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.
· To undertake ad hoc duties assigned
Job Specifications
Preferred a basic accounting knowledge
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized university/college and at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
· Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software
· Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
· Basic knowledge in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
· Communication skill
· Meticulous Skill

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
