This role is required to provide customer care, manage global B2B transactions in terms of order processing and proper order management in ensuring all order details are accurate, updated and communicated to customers timely. In addition to build positive relationships with key stakeholders namely customers, sales, business developers, operations, quality teams and suppliers/factories.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service by promptly handling customer orders within an acceptable timeframe and with great efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal operations team and suppliers / factories to address the requirements and resolve customer inquiries regarding order requests, production status, delivery updates and quality matters.
  • Manage the whole cycle of customer orders from receipt to shipment and keep sales/customers informed of any updates to delivery schedules.
  • Monitor closely to ensure that production deadlines and customer delivery schedules are met as promised.
  • Update Customers' / Forwarders’ portals to assign orders to suppliers / PO acceptance / change in delivery date (if applicable, for selective customers only).
  • Manage data maintenance in in-house system such as updating customers’ requirements, their profiles as well as customer price lists.
  • Prepare reports for Management, Sales or Customers when require and maintain documentation and e-filing properly and promptly.
  • Promptly escalate any critical issues to the Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Supply Chain or related field
  • Proficiency in English would be desirable.
  • Experience in communicating with B2B clients or regional stakeholders
  • Experience in managing shared mailboxes in Outlook is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Good verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer oriented mindset, Meticulous and organized, possess the ability to work independently and pro-actively
  • Ability to work under pressure
