  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Company Information:

An award-winning Interior Design Firm is seeking for a committed Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team. Your primary role is to assist the Accounts Manager in full spectrum accounting portfolio.

  • Capable of doing full set accounts & knowledge in contractor's accounts is of advantage.
  • To check and verify all claims, payables and prepare all journal vouchers and cheque.
  • To prepare project costing and submit to Accounts Manager for processing sales commission.
  • To charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expenses reports.
  • To ensure the accounting data are up to date and comply to regulations and local authority.
  • To issue SO for successful project and update progress billing.
  • To issue Invoice and Delivery Order for each transaction.
  • To follow up outstanding payment from clients.
  • To reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • To maintain accounting records by filing documents (hardcopy & softcopy).
  • To assist with administrative duties and ensuring compliance to ISO Standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
