We currently have 60+ employees across our 5 offices (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea and Hong Kong) and are expanding our teams throughout Asia!

You will have the opportunity to work with different technologies and bring your ideas to the table to constantly improve the way we do things. In this role, it is essential to be a team player to ensure success in work.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor day-to-day operations, generate on weekly performance report, recommend operational issues and opportunities for improvement and assist in the development and implementation of new proces
  • Handle client requests promptly and professionally, providing exceptional communication and service
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting paperwork, configuring
  • company information, and managing withdrawal cycles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the system
  • Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production
  • Assist with the planning and execution of roadshows and other events
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 0- 2 years of experience in a similar operations or customer service role, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Thai languages would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong people management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
