  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

FarmByte Sdn Bhd is looking for a Farm Supervisor to fulfill this Job Description:

  • Land Preparation- Lead the land preparation team in clearing, plowing, and ensuring proper soil conditioning for pineapple cultivation in UT.
  • Planting and Cultivation - Oversee the planting of pineapple suckers, ensuring correct spacing, depth, and alignment.
  • Fruit Harvesting - Schedule and coordinate the harvesting of ripe pineapples.
  • Suckers Collection - Supervise the collection of healthy pineapple suckers from mature plants.
  • Team Management - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of workers for land preparation, planting, harvesting, and suckers collection.
  • Documentation and record of planting, dates, quantity and location.
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Record keeping on chemical effectiveness, safety and compliance

  • Possess at least SPM/STPM/ Diploma In Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Agrotechnology or any related field related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in related fields is preferable.
  • To quickly address and resolve issues that arise on the farm.
  • Keeping detailed records of farm activities and managing schedules on farm operations.
  • Leading and managing a team of farm workers, providing training and support.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety precaution to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
  • Active support to business needs.
  • Being flexible and able to adjust to changing conditions and challenges on the farm.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
