Job Summary :
Coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. Oversees the daily workflow of administrative staff, assigning responsibilities to ensure efficient administrative operations such as preparing weekly duty roster for staffs and to facilitate viewing, handover, admin works regarding to leasing of properties.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Maintaining the company social media accounts / promotional activities.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps and Senior Management.
- Traveling between sites/outlets for clerical and supporting staffs with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled or sensitive work is required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
